Ricardo García de Vargas. (1971 – 1979)
(Jaén, 1897 – Godella, 1979). Official Chronicler of the Kingdom of Valencia. Founder and Director of the Cervantes School Group in Godella. Director of the Valencian Cultural Centre. Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Carlos. Representative of the National Artistic Heritage. Recipient of the Alfonso X the Wise Medal. Adopted Son and recipient of the Gold Medal of the town of Godella. Executor of the will of Ignacio Pinazo Martínez. Author of numerous historical and artistic publications, among which the following stand out: Godella and the Pinazo Family (Valencia, 1968), Some Notes on Godella (Godella, 1968), and The Sculptor Ignacio Pinazo Martínez: His Life and Work (Valencia, 1971).
Esperanza Pinazo Martínez (1979 – 1999)
(Godella, 1929 – 2007). A great champion of the institution and the Pinazo legacy, she promoted agreements and partnerships, as well as numerous exhibitions, initiating the work of organising and cataloguing the existing assets. Following the death of her father, the sculptor Ignacio Pinazo Martínez, she established the Casa Museo Pinazo in 1971. In 1986, she promoted the inclusion of the family art collection in the General Inventory of Movable Assets of the Spanish Historical Heritage and arranged with the Valencian Regional Government for the incorporation of a significant collection of works by Pinazo Camarlench into the IVAM (Institut Valencià d’Art Modern). In the late 1990s, she drove forward the restoration of the Ignacio Pinazo Martínez drawing collection.
José Ignacio Casar Pinazo (1999 – actualidad)
(Madrid, 1956). Current President of the Casa Museo Pinazo Foundation. Architect by training, he has linked his professional activity to the conservation of cultural heritage through professional practice, research and teaching. He served as Director of the Museum of Fine Arts of Valencia (2015–2019). In collaboration with the IVAM and other cultural institutions, he has promoted numerous exhibitions dedicated to Pinazo Camarlench, as well as initiating in 2007 the inventory and classification of the family archive.
In 2016 he was part of the commission created by the Casa Museo Pinazo for the commemoration of the centenary of the death of Ignacio Pinazo Camarlench. In 2023, together with his brother José Eugenio and their respective partners, he promotes the creation of the Foundation.
