Become a Friend of the Foundation

The Casa Museo Pinazo, Fundación de la Comunitat Valenciana, is a private institution dedicated to preserving the Pinazo family home, together with the heritage left by the painter Pinazo Camarlench and his sons, the painter José and the sculptor Ignacio Pinazo Martínez.

To collaborate in the preservation of this important historical heritage, Become a Friend of the Casa Museo Pinazo with a minimum annual contribution of €50, renewable on a yearly basis.

Your contribution, which is directed towards the conservation of the Casa Museo, its assets and the dissemination and research on the Pinazo family, benefits from the tax advantages recognised under Law 49/2002, of 23 December, on the Tax Regime of Non-Profit Entities and Tax Incentives for Patronage, with the increases updated following the entry into force of Royal Decree-Law 6/2023 of 19 December. Accordingly, for donations up to €250, the tax deduction is 80% of the donated amount; for the remainder of the donation, 40%. The law rewards loyalty, provided that donations of the same or greater amount have been made in the two immediately preceding tax periods, by applying a deduction of 45% (instead of the general 40%). The deduction is subject to a limit of 10% of the taxable base in the Personal Income Tax (IRPF).

In addition to the tax benefits, the Casa Museo Pinazo gratefully acknowledges your contribution and complements it with two free annual visits, the sponsorship of a drawing and a letter of recognition of your status as a Friend of the Casa Museo Pinazo.

Become a Partner Organisation

If your commitment goes further, the figure of Partner Organisation of the Casa Museo Pinazo is available for those entities or individuals who wish to collaborate on specific projects and make contributions of €250 or more. For individual collaborators the deduction scheme is the same as for Friends. For institutional collaborators the deduction scheme is 40% on Corporation Tax, with a loyalty bonus of an additional 10% from the second year onwards, provided that the amount is maintained. The deduction is subject to a limit of 15% of the taxable base in Corporation Tax (IS).

The Foundation will issue a letter of recognition of the status of Partner Organisation or Individual Collaborator of the Casa Museo, will link contributions to specific projects, will feature the collaboration on the specific project on the website for at least five years, and will establish a visiting arrangement in agreement with the organisation.
